Scheduled Maintenance Report for NetCloud us0 Instance

Completed

The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Posted Feb 22, 2026 - 17:42 MST

Update

Completed:
- Successfully restarted nodes across all clusters except Ashburn Datapop
- Phoenix Datapop: Completed in 3 hours

Pending:
- Ashburn Datapop: Not completed due to activity complexity
- Estimated time required: 4-5 hours

Next Steps:
- Scheduling additional maintenance window for Ashburn Datapop
- Window duration: 4-5 hours to ensure adequate time for completion

Reason for Delay:
The complexity of the restart activity required more time than initially anticipated. To avoid rushing the Ashburn datacenter restart and ensure it's
completed safely, we're scheduling a dedicated maintenance window.

Scheduled

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to restart our instances in response to a mandatory Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) firmware update
requirement.

Impact:
- NetCloud SASE networks might be restarted as part of this activity.
- Expected downtime: 5-10 mins

Reason:
OCI has mandated a firmware update to address a third-party component issue. We are proactively restarting instances during this planned window to minimize disruption and maintain control over the timing.
